Product description
ATLAS GEOFLEX is manufactured as a dry mix of cement binders, fillers, and specially selected natural and synthetic modifiers.
The variable thickness of the adhesive layer (2-15 mm) allows for:
– laying tiles on a thin layer of adhesive on level substrates
; – laying tiles on a thin layer of adhesive on uneven substrates after prior leveling with leveling mortar;
– laying tiles on a thick layer of adhesive on uneven substrates without prior leveling with leveling mortar.
Tiles will not slip – they can be laid from top to bottom without the need for support.
The tiled surface can be walked on and grouted after just 12 hours , as the setting and drying process under the tile is faster.

UNIQUE GEL TECHNOLOGY

  • The ATLAS GEOFLEX adhesive formula utilizes innovative silicate gel technology. Silicate gel possesses an exceptional ability to bind water. The accumulation of some of the added water ensures complete hydration of the cement, regardless of the type of flooring being installed. Thanks to a water balance precisely tailored to the setting process, the gel adhesive guarantees complete adhesion to substrates with varying absorbency.

The use of silica gel technology offers the following advantages:

  • Possibility of bonding all types of absorbent and non-absorbent coverings,
  • Possibility of optimally adjusting the consistency of the adhesive to the individual preferences and requirements of a specific application, through significantly higher flexibility in water dosage compared to conventional adhesives,
  • Complete distribution of the adhesive under the tiles, thereby improving the adhesion and durability of the fastening, especially in outdoor applications.
  • Secure bonding of coverings to surfaces exposed to direct sunlight, both during the laying of the tiles and during the setting of the adhesive (e.g. on balconies, terraces, etc.).
